# B2B e-commerce on .NET

Selling to businesses is different from selling to consumers: negotiated prices, company accounts with several buyers, sales reps, VAT numbers and order limits. GrandNode includes these B2B features in its free, open-source edition - and lets you run B2B and B2C side by side on one installation.

- **Customer groups** drive prices, product and category visibility, tax exemption, free shipping and minimum or maximum order amounts.
- **Tier and per-customer prices** by quantity, store, customer group and currency.
- **Company sub-accounts:** buyers order on behalf of their company account.
- **Sales employees** with commission; sales managers see only their own customers.
- **Impersonation:** staff can place an order as a customer, controlled by a permission.
- **Documents and VAT numbers:** documents in the customer account, VAT number capture and exemption.
