# Sales reports

Sales and orders

GrandNode's reports answer the everyday sales questions: how much did we sell, what sells, what does not sell, and where do buyers come from. They are under **Reports** in the admin, and the most important figures are on the dashboard.

### The dashboard

The admin home page shows today's orders, online visitors, active carts, the latest orders and charts of orders and new customers for the selected date range. Use the date picker in the top right to change the range.

### Bestsellers

**Reports → Bestsellers** lists products by quantity sold and by amount. Filter by date range, store, order status, payment status, billing country and vendor - for example only paid orders of last month.

Reports → Bestsellers.

### Products never purchased

**Reports → Products never purchased** lists products with no sales in the chosen period. Use it to find dead stock, products with bad pictures or prices, or products nobody can find.

### Other reports

| Report | Answers |
|---|---|
| Country report | Order count and total per billing country. |
| Low stock report | Products and combinations below their minimum stock (see [Prices and inventory](https://grandnode.com/catalog-prices-inventory)). |
| Customer reports | Best customers by order total and count, and registrations over time (see [Customers](https://grandnode.com/docs-customers)). |

### Exporting data

For analysis in a spreadsheet, export orders from **Sales → Orders** with **Export to Excel** - all orders matching the filters or only the selected ones.

### Tips

- Filter reports by payment status *Paid* to see revenue you actually received.
- Vendors see the same reports limited to their own products in the [vendor panel](https://grandnode.com/docs-vendor-panel), and store managers for their store in the [store owner panel](https://grandnode.com/docs-store-panel).
