# Vendor profile, page and reviews

Vendor panel (marketplace)

Each vendor has a public **vendor page** on the storefront, a profile the vendor can maintain, and - if enabled - **reviews** from customers.

### The vendor profile

In the vendor panel, the user menu in the top right leads to the vendor information: name, description, e-mail, picture, address and page size options.

Whether vendors may change it is decided by **Allow vendors to edit info** in the vendor settings; with **Notify about vendor information changes** the store owner gets an e-mail on each change.

### The vendor page

The vendor page shows the picture, description, rating and the vendor's products with filters. Tabs show the address, reviews and a contact form.

Customers can contact the vendor directly.

The contact form is available when **Allow customers to contact vendors** is on; messages go to the vendor's e-mail.

### Vendor reviews

Customers rate and review vendors on the vendor page. The store owner moderates them under **Customers → Vendor reviews**; the vendor sees reviews about them.

The rules - reviews must be approved, only after buying from the vendor, only once, anonymous reviews, the default rating - are in the [vendor settings](https://grandnode.com/vendor-panel-vendor-settings).
