Just looking at the Rewards section and seen its a fixed currency USD.

Any way to change currency on Rewards points and add rewards for different currencies, on a base exchange rate that can be automatically updated from paypal or alike with a tick box to pick your default currency, and all other currency's to be displayed as a percentage of that currency picked from the base exchange rate table imported.

Or dose this change in the rewards section with the currency you set your store up with?

Reward points are fixed to store primary currency.
Also, you are setting percentage of any other currency, by setting rate during add/edit currency of the store. Combine of those should give you proper settings you are asking for.
