Dear GrandNode,
We are trying to upgrade from version 4.0 to version 4.6
Initially it gave this error.
So I started updating from 4.0 to 4.1 etc till 4.30 to 4.40 gave the same error:
FileNotFoundException: Could not find file '/app/App_Data/Upgrade/Order.Products.txt'.
Database version: 4.30 to Application version: 4.40 gives Error F

Hi Neal,
You don't need upgrade for every version. Just use latest version 4.60 and try run Upgrade.
Your bug suggest that your solution does not have access to the file, please check your permissions and the file exist.
