For this plugin, popup modal appear in all pages. Is there a setting to manage number of display for a visitor ? Or it's a bug ?  I test it on Firefox and Safari for example.

It is not a bug, there is no setting to restrict any number of visitors to display a popup. You may only define the number of days widget will be invisible if customer will click the "Close" button.
