Looking at the Shipping by weight - it looks quite versatile, but I would like to put zip ranges in the zip code field.  How difficult would that be to achieve?

Many businesses send to tens of thousands of zip codes - and it doesn't make sense to have a rate for every single zip code.

Maybe the functionality is already there?
