PluginManager.cs - PreparePluginDescriptor - LoadFromAssemblyPath

I updated the sample api extension to 4.80. No problem. excellent.
but a .dll file he uses in the 'oData' prevents me from installing the plugin.
When the project is opened for the first time, I get an error in the prepareplugin method.



When I looked at the api project in the system, I saw that this dll was there. (Google Translate)
