When an interactive form is displayed according to a condition a cookie is created in the user browser and after that is does not work again.
It only works if i delete the cookies.
I need an interactive form always being displayed in the main page (so the user can select his/her location )

Any help with this?

As far as I know, that is not by the cookie. Anyway, to achieve this, it would require customization.
