I'm trying to create a multi vendor store, where each vendor can create his own products but the store owner must validate the product before it is available for sale on the website. I cannot find such an option in the settings... Does this feature exist in GrandNode ?

Customization required means that the feature you are asking for is not available by default and to get it, you or the developer will need to change the code (not recommended) or develop a plugin (recommended).
