I had configured grandnote to only allow admin access from my static ip.  

All was working great, until my ISP changed my static IP Address.

Now I can't seem to access anything.  I suppose I could try and manually edit the database, but I'm less familiar with working with a mongoDB in this way.  

Advice would be appreciated.

I should note that I can still login as an admin, it just doesn't seem to let me do anything instead replying with:
Access denied.
You do not have permission to perform the selected operation.
