When I try to upload a video of my course of more than 150 MB, it crashes. I try to modify source code to ignore MaxRequestsLimit with no luck.

Could you please provide more details?
I'd appreciate log entries, perhaps something from the browser console, error codes, messages, or anything that might indicate a problem. It could be an issue with the NGINX configuration. Also, which operating system are you using?
