How to configure ssl certificate in this case?

Hello!
I have some troubles installing grandnode using this method. the screen displayed this error after I fill in my database info
Resource temporarily unavailable at System.Net.Dns.InternalGetHostByName(String hostName)
Is there anyway for me to fix this?

After successfully installing and rebooting the server, the 80 is closed, I can't open it again
