Could there be a "Make a Offer" function on items added to the site

Also like to see a "Discount System" for if you buy say 2 or more of a product price will change on vendor setting i.e  2 items at so much and 5 items at so much plus 10 items at so much and so on then the vendor can then make larger sales on items.

Bulk combined postage option from same seller then put through to freight/ postage quote from vendor, if vendor want to offer it.

Do the vendors have access to drop-shipping functions so when a order is made the order can be automatically to the warehouse the vendor is buying from with back end settings in place when the vendor made the ad? If not could we have this added please as I could not see this function

Also Product stored location in the listing so you have a idea how long the item might take to get to you, things i look out for when I buy online

In GrandNode we give the possibility to create a plugins with specified discount rules. You can find a developer who will create it for you, you can ask our team for do that or do it by yourself.

Maybe tier prices will be interesting for you? You can specify price for the specified quantity. For example we have product which costs 100$.
Regular price - 100$
5+ items - 95$ per item
10+ items - 90$ per item, etc.

In the case of the shipping time, you can try to use Estimate shipping time in the shopping cart.

GrandNode is mostly written in C#.

It's hard to predict the equal costs. It depends on developer, his hourly rate, etc.
