Hi,
I am trying to understand how the Vendors work on GrandNode. Can we provide them a login account and can they themselves upload products and fulfill the Orders? If yes, can someone point me to how to create the Vendor and how they can login to upload their products.
Thanks

I think I understood this now. A vendor can sell the products himself on the portal. We just need to create the Vendor, Create the Customer / Login account for the Vendor and they can upload the products logging into their Account. While I was creating the Account, though I was mentioning the role as Vendor, it was not taking in initial attempt. I need to go back to the customer, edit and assign Vendor role again. Then I am able to login as Vendor and able to upload products.

Hi Chandra,
You can also use "Apply for vendor" feature. It will give your customers possibility to create a vendor account. As admin, you just need to activate their vendor accounts in admin panel and assign "Vendor" customer role if necessary.
Best,

OK, I can apply as vendor, and get activated.
Without changing the ACL (vendor can access admin area, manage orders, products, shipments, vendor reviews), I logged in as vendor, but can access only my account page (xxx.xxx/customer/info). In what page can I access above functionalities as vendor? I cannot access xxx.xxx/Admin page as vendor.
You have to enable it in the settings, in the admin panel.

Another step should actually taken is to make Customer Roles to Vendor in Customers/Customer/Customer Roles

My yet another question is why a vendor cannot upload product image? While an administrator can upload the same image to the same product registered by that vendor.
