Why PM is not enabled here? Board of open source project should have PM even for contacting developer with store owner for possible work.

Tom, it requires some changes in our website. We will upgrade the version of GrandNode.com page after New Year. It will bring many changes in its functionality, that's why we haven't touch it yet.
