We liked product GrandNode & we are in process of evaluating features.  I have question regarding Sale Representative tracking

When user is trying to submit order and he might have spoken to some sales rep. or he might want to specified who have helped him during checkout then is there way we can have dropdown list with available sales rep. so user can select sales rep and submit order and administrator can track which sales is helped customer.

If I understood you well, you can use the checkout attributes feature. You can create it in admin panel -> Catalog -> Attribute -> Checkout attribute. Create a dropdown, enter the possible values (sales rep. names) and that's all.
