Hello,

This error means that your server's clock is not in sync with network time protocol - NTP or the refresh token limit has been exceeded.

Please check the System - > Log, if you have any errors related with Google Analytics, please paste them here. Check also the Console (F12 key) in your browser and if you find any errors related with Google Analytics, please paste them here.

Oh!
I think its not a bug, its because my server is in Iran and this IP is not acceptable by google services, Iran is under prohibitions.

this is the log :

Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError User does not have any Google Analytics account. [403] Errors [ Message[User does not have any Google Analytics account.] Location[ - ] Reason[forbidden] Domain[global] ]

Thanks, Tomasz
I solved the problem by registering the email address getting from the service account on google analytics account.
The service account email address something like 1234567890@developer.gserviceaccount.com)
I followed Google's instructions for adding an email address to an Analytics profile.
Now working as expected.
