I don't have Docker for Windows installed and have no plans to use it for deployment. I can't even get the source to start compiling with an error popping up about Docker being missing. How do I remove it?

By default it should be disabled. If you download clean source code from GitHub or downloadable section on our page you should be able to run it. Docker is optional.
