We are consuming your API's. In Get Product API we noticed that Stores information is missing, Which store have which product. In your web products are filtering according to their stores, but in your Get Product API, store information is missing. Store information is present in database but in API store information is missing.

API can be extended by plugin, you can check the documentation for more details. But thanks for suggestion, I've created the work item here.
