i think Grandnode is really great, but i miss an important feature, the possibility to create an order not before the customer has completed the payment process with a third party provider (forwarding after confirm order).
This would also include restoring the shopping cart when pressing the return key in the browser after forwarding to the third-party provider, so that the customer can choose another payment method, for example.

If I am not mistaken, this is currently not possible.

Hi,

It's all about the payment method. Redirect payment methods work in a way that system creates an order, then you are redirected to payment method and pay for it. In this process we send the order ID to for example PayPal and in the response we've change the payment status. However, you can change the "CancelPayment" controller and implement a scenario that when customer doesn't make payment, after redirection you will cancel an order. Currently you will see the "Retry payment" button on the order page.
