We need that certains products can be selled by weigth, and that the vendor fix the price by this weight and not for units.

How it's possible make this?

What about PAngV (base price)? On each product you can define the base price. For example, if you sell 500g of flour for 1,50 euro, you need to show the base price: 3.00 euro per 1 kg. When you mark this box on product, you will see following fields:
Amount in product - amount of the product that you sell
Unit of product - measure of a above entered value.
Reference amount - the base amount for that product
Reference unit - measure of a above entered value.

In the other case, products that should have quantity instead of weight, won't have this box marked.

This it's a partial solution because it's not clear for the customer, it's neccesary that we explain how it's works because not it's intuitive.
