I'm trying to override OrderViewModelService to change informations returned in the orderlistmodel for example or add specific filters in the view .
Is it possible in a plugin ? What is the best practice to override admin controllers/views/services ?

I've written a payment plugin without problem but I didn't find a solution for this :)
