Get all orders is possible from external plugin. Web API advanced. You can find it in our documentation here: https://docs.grandnode.com/how-to-extend-web-api-with-plugin

It's for GrandNode 4.60 and in the zip file listed on that page you will find also the source code of the plugin. With source code you will be able to implement orders creation easily I guess :) This plugin is the easiest way to extend the functionality of the GrandNode Web API.
