I was going through the features of grand node where SMS notification is also mention. So,It will be the great help for me of anyone can help me on this.

Hi,
But what exactly do you need? Base code for the SMS validation was created here: https://github.com/grandnode/grandnode/commit/0ce53b806030cf22d27485f22f9f200b5396aab7
This feature will be available from the newest version within the end of the May I guess. If you want to create SMS notifications for orders or something similar, you need to integrate with SMS gateway, like probably Twilio.
