When a customer cancels the order, how does a vendor understands that this order has been canceled and should not ship the products? Even when the order is cancelled , the vendor does not have any information on his screen regarding the cancellation done by the customer. Also he can add shipment details against the cancelled order.
Am I missing some other settings to be enabled in this context. Kindly advise
