Order Cancellation Issue

Dear Patryk,

When a customer cancels the order, how does a vendor understands that this order has been canceled and should not ship the products? Even when the order is cancelled , the vendor does not have any information on his screen regarding the cancellation done by the customer. Also he can add shipment details against the cancelled order.

Am I missing some other settings to be enabled in this context. Kindly advise

Hi,

We've implemented notification for vendor, when customer cancels order in 4.70. It will be available in the incoming 4.70 stable version. You can check it in beta, if you want.
