is there any builtin functionality for hiding product price only register users can see the product price

Hi,
Sure, you can use the ACL rules for it. For example unregistered users have customer role Guests. In the Admin panel -> Configuration -> Access Contol List. From the list you can uncheck Public store. Display Prices for Guests.
