The store portion of my website is only one small part of our website.  We want when people click on the logo that they are redirected to our main page.  

What's involved in that change?

I looked at doing it myself, but it seems that files I originally uploaded like the views and other items aren't there.  it looks like everything has been compiled into dll's and pdb's.  

This is a new thing for me, typically I'm able to tweek sites behind the scenes via FTP.  

Is there a best way to make small tweeks like this?  

I haven't upgraded yet, but I'd be interested in how this would effect things if I'm making custom tweeks as well.

Each change related with Views files, should be done in Theme. So you can take the View file from the original package of GrandNode, upload it to your Default Clean theme under Themes -> Views -> Shared -> Components -> Logo -> Default.cshtml and just change the hyperlink :)
