Is it possible to add and display amount of a specific tax we have in Europe for DEEE in Electronics products ?  
Example Product price is 149.90€ and I want display Ecotax : 0.78€

What about standard tax feature? You can create a category for eco tax - https://demo.grandnode.com/Admin/Tax/Categories and set its rat and then assign the product to created category. Will that work for you?

If I do that I will cannot use VAT for Product. Also EcoTax is not percent tax but fix tax which is different for each product.
And I must display this tax amount under price.

Example : Price €199,99 (ecotax : €2.50)

Per haps, it's possible to add new field for it in Product Model ?

What about readonly checkbox as a product attribute with price adjustment for the tax amount? It may do the trick, however, I'm not sure if the VAT tax will be applied correctly. Can you check it? Maybe it will suit you.
