About Order Status

Can I update the status of the order for Individual products if so how?

Question 1: I have Multiple vendors and each vendor is shipping the product separately, so the end customer needs to track the status of individual products.

Question 2: Can I cancel the single product out of the order?

Question 3: Can a vendor update the status of the order if so, do I need to Update any ACL?

Hello Saitej,

You are able to use the Shipment notes to provide additional data about each product shipment. You are not able to individually manage order statuses per product. Order status is processing when vendors ship their products. When every order will be delivered, the status will be changed to complete. But please check the Shipments and Shipment notes for providing information about individual product shipments.
