Important questions before buying

But I had some questions that I hope to answer.

- I found that on DigitalOcean version 4.6 is still supported, and it has not been updated even though many months have passed since the latest version! What is the reason for that?
- The mobile application appears primitive and poor in features and does not meet the required limit of features, design quality and ease of use, and it is also very high in price compared to other applications that are newer and richer in features! Do you have a solution to this problem?
Do you have a plan to launch a mobile app for the admin and vendors?
- Some of your plugins do not support the latest version yet. Are you working on upgrading them?
- Can you develop a special application for us that can be used by clients, merchants, and Admin ?, and how much would the cost be approximately?

I am afraid that your failure to support mobile devices with appropriate applications will seriously affect the reputation and quality of your program, as the future depends mainly on mobile devices, and your support for them so far is very weak ..

I apologize for my clarity (: but I really like your program and I hope that it is at the required level in all respects, and I have browsed and tried dozens of programs that provide electronic store services, and I only like your program even though it is not famous at all !, and it seems that you do not carry out marketing campaigns for it despite It distinguishes it from many well-known bad programs, and this is another problem (:

To be honest, according to the first question, there is no good reason for that, I've uploaded a new version a few times, however, it's still processing. I'm in the contact with the DigitalOcean Team in that matter, so for sure, it will be managed in a moment :)

The second question is very subjective. The mobile app contains all features that are required for the customer to make successful purchases in the store. The design of the mobile app should be customized for each customer, that's why each user who purchases the mobile application receives the source code, which allows almost unlimited customizations. So we think that the price is appropriate for the content. For now, we don't have vendor or admin mobile app on our roadmap, however, we do not rule out its development in the future.

Some of the plugins, like Product Attachments, are available to achieve out of the box, without an external plugin, so you don't need it in 4.60 or 4.70 version of GrandNode. Free plugins like Google Customer Reviews are on our roadmap, however we were focused on GrandNode development and paid projects and we postponed its upgrade.

What kind of application do you need? We can always talk about the possibilities, you can reach us via the ticket system and one of my colleagues will discuss details with you. It's hard to talk about the approximates without even the draft scope of the application.

As for the application that I want to design, I still have some time to know the final features required, I am currently translating your platform into Arabic, and I have started translating it from scratch, and I have not been able to access the old Arabic translation file available on the site here, so can you provide me with it to use it In completing the translation?

I have a lot of work in translation so that I can localize the program before installing and using it and knowing what I need in terms of features and characteristics in it, and your program is really wonderful and deserves to be tried and developed (:

DigitalOcean marketplace is still a new project, but it's great and it's my fault :)

In the case of translations, you can use the crowdin platform or purchase the arabic language pack. "Purchase" mean free checkout, after that, you will be able to download it.
