Can you please advise me on the following:

I have an online store whereby i sell branded products.  Most of my products which you can order online have a setup fee.  This fee is applied on each product.  I'm trying to add this as an attribute to my products but i'm not successful.  The options which are available to me as attributes are adding the setup fee to each quantity, but i'm looking for an attribute that can add one setup fee to a the full order.

If you want to add the setup fee for the whole order, you should use the checkout attributes. You can also use the additional shipping fee, however, it won't be an option, but cost added for each customer.

Unfortunately the checkout attribute will not work in this instance, because customers will order numerous products with various quantities, and i need the setup fee to be allocated per product.  See example below:

50 x Branded Pens @ R5.00each   This needs an additional setup fee of R259 to be added to this product upon checkout
100 x Branded Bottles @ R10.00 each  This needs an additional setup fee of R259 to be added to this product upon checkout
75 x Branded Caps @ R15.00each   This needs an additional setup fee of R259 to be added to this product

So therefore I only need 3x setup fees to be added to the whole order.
