Abandoned Cart- Notify Customers

How can we send automated emails for notifying the customers about their abandoned cart?

I have seen this at Scheduled tasks under system. But i have enabled it & configured it to 1 min. interval. But still email notifications are not been recieved. How does this works? Kindly assist

Dear Patryk,

I am sorry to say that, i have no idea on these features of Grandnode.
What i have did was, just enabled the option of Abandoned Cart from back-End. Can you help me to set up the auto-reminder emails for abandon carts?

Honestly I have no idea on how to do this

Hello,

Please check this video, it's little outdated because we've changed the admin panel after that video, however it shows the main requirements to make its working.
