Hi guys,

Excuse me if I posted in the wrong location still new to the forum and grandnode.
I have been trying to install grandnode to Azure App Service Container and CosmosDB MongoDB.
I get the installation page and it starts installing (Even it creates the DB in cosmos and starts filling it with data (can see data and tables.
but during the installation process i always get:
"504 Gateway Time-out" after a couple of minutes

I tried to jack up the app service till S3 and increased parallel connections till 24 in cosmos, increased DTU till 2000 in cosmos, and switched comsos for auto-scale DTU. it didnt consume more than 600 DTU but still Time-out.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Regards,
Mamdouh

Hi Mamdouh,

CosmosDB is not supported, so you may face issues during the installation.

Thanks Patryk for the quick response.
What do you recommend for mongodb on Azure?

I would recommend using the MongoDB installed on Linux VPS for example, or use the MongoDB Atlas hosting. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee GrandNode will work on CosmosDB, so there is no other choice to propose.
