I want for a specific product open a modal when page is opening. What is solution script to enable a banner which is in promotion banner please ?

Do you think about Customer Action? If so, you need to enable it in the Admin Panel -> Promotions -> Customer Actions -> Customer Actions Types and enable the desired action - in your case it's should be Viewed or URL.


Then you need to create a banner (modal) which you would like to show when the user will view the desired product. You can do it in the Banners, in the Promotions section.

Finally, you need to create a customer action, go to Customer Actions in the Promotions section, and create the desired action. Choose the, for example, Action type - URL and in the Condition enter the URL of the product, which you would like to use as a trigger for customer action. Please use the Current URL, instead of Referral, because Referral works in the different way. Finally, choose the created banner from the "Reactions" tab.

I try that but banner appear only after customer go to a second page and I want modal appear in the product page.

I've created the Customer Action with URL action type. Then I've created a condition with the Current URL - "/nike-floral-roshe-customized-running-shoes". Finally, when I enter the Nike Floral Roshe Customized Running Shoes product, I receive the created banner. So everything works fine. Please check if you provided the correct parameters of customer action.
