Can you go to the Admin panel -> System -> Log and copy the error trace and paste it here? If you host your GrandNode on Linux, and it's 4.80.0 version, please check this thread: https://docs.grandnode.com/how-to-make-wkhtmltopdf-working-on-linux

Hi Jimmy,

There is only one thing that you should do. wkhtmltopdf file should be copied to your GrandNode files, and you should grant proper permissions to it. And that's all.

/var/webapps/grandnode

Both contain the files but that does not change anything ..

I thought about /var/webapps/grandnode. If you have the wkhtmltopdf file in it, just grant the proper permissions and that's all.
