I want to customize "User Registration" form.For example I want the "Password section" to appear under the "Personal Details" section . How can I do? By changing with source code(whats the name of this source code ) or with admin screens and from where?

The best way is to create your theme, and modify just the Customer/Registration.cshtml file.

This process is shortly described in our manual.
