For example, when I send an e-mail about the order, is it possible to send a copy to another e-mail address?

Sure. Please go to Admin panel -> Content management -> Message templates -> Edit specified message template, OrderPlaced or anything you want, and in the BCC field, enter an email that should also receive that messages.
