How can I set tax value based on destination country.
For eg: My store is in Bahrain.
Tax for orders from Bahrain to Bahrain & Bahrain to UAE are different. How can I handle this scenario? Is there any inbuilt plugin that I can make use of ?

What about the plugin Tax By Country & State & Zip? It's a standard plugin for GrandNode.

Well, if you set i.e Albania as a base country for tax, it will be applied only for persons from Albania. So I don't think it's a local delivery :) Am I right? Or maybe would you like to achieve something different?

There is a setting for that :)  "Tax based on" - change it to Shipping address. It's in the Settings -> Tax Settings.
