I'm trying to convert pictures many time but still my pictures in jpeg format , i checked all files on server. i upgraded grandnode 4.8 to 4.9

Have you got any error during the converting process? Can you check the System -> Log for any errors? I haven't noticed any problems during the picture converting process on our test environment.
