I've successfully installed Grandnode on my Ubuntu server.
Here is my website: http://164.132.198.214/install
There is only the "Installed" message and I cannot do anything else.
I've tried to change the URL to /admin, but I'm always redirected to this /install URL.
What should I do?

You should restart your application, after that you will be able to use store.
