Is there any option that prevent to add product with different vendor to cart?
I want customers choose products with same vendor per order.

I assume it's possible with a customization, but out the box you are not able to configure such scenario. If you want to, you can enable "Allow on hold cart" setting in Sales -> Shopping cart settings. It will bring possibility to select which products should be checkout and which should be left in the shopping cart. But that's all.
