Hi

plz i have set email account to work with Send Grid and try to send test email and i got it - but i try to send recovery password nothing sent and same for add new order ?

i have make sure that all message template is active and has no error

so what could be the missing point that making send test email only work and nothing else not sent ?

It's hard to predict without system errors. It can be just guessing.

Please provide the details from System -> Log. Without them I'm not able to tell you what's wrong.

i have see the log nothing on it about mail like sent or fail or any thing ?!
