Is there a settings where I can simplify the single page checkout further?

Currently I have to save each tab to continue to concurrent actions. For ex: First need to save billing , then shipping then select the shipping method followed by payment methods etc.
Is it possible to have a single page where i can enter/select all in once and then saving the values and then complete the payment?
