Where can I paste the html code of the chat script that I have to contact the client

This kind of instruction always comes with the chat script. Usually, it's in the <head> or <body> section.

It's in the _Root.Head.cstml file. If you don't want to modify the files manually on your FTP server, the Theme Editor plugin may be helpful.
