I want to create a site for multi-tenant and hosting stores...
I see some posts #1 and #2.

I couldn't find detailed explanations, tutorials, or some users experiences for this feature (multi-tenant).
And I found some concerns from users as mentioned in Post 2.

So, I have multi questions:
1- What would be the maximum number of tenants to safely run?
2- How I can test this feature? I already installed GrandNode 2 locally, is there any tutorials, videos, or anything to make it easy???
3- Is there a demo? is it possible to provide us with a demo? users need to understand how it works, how super admin manages it? how the tenant admin manage it?
4- How we can register a tenant? is the process automated? such as tenant enter his info and his store will generate automatically? (I think this is related to Advanced Multi-Tenant)

GrandNode offers a package at a very high price and without a trial or demo, so I think if GrandNode provided more explanations and details about this feature, users would not have become confused and all previous questions would be clear to everyone.

I wish complete support from GrandNode and the community, as this is the main feature that differentiates them from others :)

Well, you have two or three options to handle multi tenant in GrandNode. First, with the plugin that you mentioned. It extends the GrandNode functionality, to handle more operations in multi store/multi tenant environment. It's the simplest one. The second one, available in GrandNode 2.0 is described here: https://grandnode.com/grandnode-v2-multi-tenancy
And the third one, the newest, we are working on a new plugin, which will provide much better experience. It will be release within the end of the November.

In the case of your questions,
1- What would be the maximum number of tenants to safely run?
It depends on your machine. We can't give you an accurate number.
2- How I can test this feature? I already installed GrandNode 2 locally, is there any tutorials, videos, or anything to make it easy???
3- Is there a demo? is it possible to provide us with a demo? users need to understand how it works, how super admin manages it? how the tenant admin manage it?

Since GN announced the newest plugin of Multi-Tenant. We have questions (some not related to Multi-Tenant):

SuperAdmin: the owner of the SaaS eCommerce platform.
TenantAdmin or Admin: the tenant admin
GN: GrandNode

1- Let's say I installed the GrandNode on my site www.mySaaS.com when the tenant is created. What will his domain become by default? www.tenant1.mySaaS.com?
1.1 - As you mentioned, the tenant will have the Multi-store feature. So, how it will be working, and what will be the domain names for tenant's stores?

2- Does SuperAdmin has access to tenant's data (Catalog, customers, etc)?
2.1- Does SuperAdmin has a dashboard for tenant's data?

4- GN offers Web API, but to make sure, does GN provide API for all back-end and front-end functions?
4.1 - Does GN Web API work with multi-tenants?
4.2 - Is there a possibility to create a tenant from the Web API?

5- Is approval from superAdmin is required? can we create the tenant directly after the tenant submit the form?

6- If we install a plugin (for example Shipping method), does this plugin works for all tenants?

Below you can find my answers:

Exactly, but it all depends on you. On our test environment, we've made a simple redirection *.domain.com, then every tenant ends with .domain.com in the address. So everything depends on your server configuration. In the case of the multi-store, it works in every tenant, however, when users want to add a new domain, super admin needs to add it in the plugin in the main store.

2- Does SuperAdmin has access to tenant's data (Catalog, customers, etc)?
Yes, superadmin has exact the same access as a store owner of that particular store when he is logged in.

2.1- Does SuperAdmin has a dashboard for tenant's data?
When you are logged in as a superadmin, you can see the default store dashboard with all data.

4- GN offers Web API, but to make sure, does GN provide API for all back-end and front-end functions?
Yes, almost every part of GrandNode is managed by API if necessary. There is a one exception, Extended Web API plugin, it gives you possibility to manage orders, shipments, return requests by API.

4.1 - Does GN Web API work with multi-tenants?
Yes.
4.2 - Is there a possibility to create a tenant from the Web API?
Currently no, but it is possible during the customization, because plugin comes with source code.

5- Is approval from superAdmin is required? can we create the tenant directly after the tenant submit the form?
In current way, only super admin creates tenants. If you want, you can customize plugin to add form to it. From our point of view, the most universal for us, tenant creation is handled in admin panel by super admin.

Yes, exactly.

No, it's not considered as an upgrade, it's a totally new plugin.
